This notice describes how personal data of users visiting this website and using the contact form is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data collected
Data voluntarily provided through the contact form: name, email address, indicative budget and message content. Browsing data collected anonymously and in aggregate for statistical purposes: page visited, traffic source (e.g. Google, Instagram, direct link), campaign parameters (UTM), language and device type. IP addresses are not stored and no individual profiles are created.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used exclusively to reply to your request and prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR). Anonymous browsing statistics are used to improve the website and understand which channels bring enquiries (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Cookies and tracking tools
The built-in statistics system does not use cookies: only a temporary session identifier is used, deleted when the browser is closed. If enabled, third-party tools such as Google Analytics are loaded only after explicit consent through the dedicated banner.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept for the time needed to manage the relationship and in any case no longer than 24 months. Anonymous statistics are kept for 24 months.
6. Recipients
Data may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors: the email delivery service (Resend) and the hosting provider. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to federico.zaia95@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
